Manufaktura in Łódź is a project of impressive scale and complexity. Executed under the “design and build” system, it covered:

Total project area: 15,000 m².

Scope of work:

  • Construction of new reinforced concrete ceilings on a steel structure to increase rental space.
  • Modernization of the “food court” zone, passages, and entrances.
  • Comprehensive sanitary, HVAC, electrical, and teletechnical installations.
  • Installation of sawtooth skylights.
  • Decorative cladding, replacement of flooring, and ceilings​​.

This project stood out for its advanced coordination of various systems and meticulous attention to architectural details, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of the space.

At the Mikołów Retail Park, we completed the construction of a public utility building with an area of 5,500 m². The project included ground remediation and replacement, foundation works, reinforced concrete and steel structures, installation of “sandwich” façade panels, sanitary, mechanical, electrical, and teletechnical installations, as well as finishing works and site development with a new road layout. The project was executed in line with the highest standards of quality and functionality, meeting the investor’s expectations.

  • Ground remediation and replacement.

  • Construction of reinforced concrete and steel structures.

The Hotel Europejski is one of our flagship projects, featuring a full interior arrangement completed under a “turnkey” system. The project included:

F&B (Food & Beverage):
Comprehensive works on the ground floor, including the arrangement of a restaurant, bar, patisserie, humidor, private dining rooms, entrance, and restrooms.

Scope of work:

  • Built-in veneered furniture.
  • Wooden and stone cladding.
  • Palace parquet flooring and mosaics.
  • Glass enclosures on steel and aluminum frames.

Hotel Rooms:
Completion of 102 apartments, including Presidential and Palace Suites.

Scope of work:

  • Veneered wall paneling.
  • Premium-class furniture.
  • Mirror ceilings, stucco, and gypsum decorative moldings.
  • Custom drywall structures.
  • Acoustic and fireproof doors with certifications​​.

Another of our prestigious projects involved the comprehensive modernization of hotel interiors. The project was completed under a “turnkey” system and included:

Rooms and common areas:
Renovation of 272 rooms, corridors, and elevator lobbies across 10 floors, as well as the Great Room area in the hotel lobby.

Scope of work:

  • Installation of wall cladding.
  • Replacement of carpeting.
  • Bathroom modernization.
  • Installation of veneered wall panels.
  • Stainless steel metalwork.

The Newly Weds Foods food processing factory in Kutno was executed under the “design and build” system.

Scope of work:

  • Executive design.
  • Construction of walls and fire protection works.
  • Painting of reinforced concrete and masonry walls with epoxy systems dedicated to the food industry.
  • Fit-out of office and social spaces​​.

Ruda Śląska
The project involved the design and construction of a social and locker room building for an office complex within a logistics and production hall. The investment was carried out in the “design and build” system, including the partitioning of tenant spaces and the construction of office facilities.

Syców
Similarly, the project in Syców was executed in the “design and build” system. The investment focused on partitioning warehouse and production spaces for tenants and constructing office facilities.

Scope of work for both projects:

  • Comprehensive design, including administrative procedures.
  • Construction of steel-structured panel walls to partition warehouse and production spaces.
  • Comprehensive construction and finishing works.
  • Delivery and installation of new sanitary, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Reconstruction of existing installations due to the new division of the halls.
