Rooms and common areas:
Renovation of 272 rooms, corridors, and elevator lobbies across 10 floors, as well as the Great Room area in the hotel lobby.
Scope of work:
- Installation of wall cladding.
- Replacement of carpeting.
- Bathroom modernization.
- Installation of veneered wall panels.
- Stainless steel metalwork.
Total project area: 8,500 m².
