Scope of work:
- Drywall constructions (G-K) and decorative finishes.
- Electrical, sanitary, and ventilation installations.
- Replacement of flooring, cladding, and modernization of lighting.
- Reconstruction of food court areas, restroom upgrades, and furniture delivery.
- Adaptation of spaces for new tenants in the “shell & core” standard.
