Comprehensive execution of the structural framework for a multiplex cinema, including the construction of reinforced concrete and steel structures, roof structure reinforcement, drywall installations, specialized acoustic drywall installations, and fire protection of the structure.

Scope of work:

Construction of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
Reinforcement of the roof steel structure.
Installation of drywall and specialized acoustic drywall systems.
Fire protection of the structure.

Renovation of the underground parking lot on level -1, including the restoration of the reinforced concrete structure, sealing injections, diaphragm insulation, replacement of resin flooring, installation works, and the supply and installation of suspended parking ceilings.

Scope of work:

Restoration of the reinforced concrete structure, including sealing injections and diaphragm insulation.
Replacement of resin flooring.
Installation works, including:
Organization and modernization of overhead installations.
Execution of new installations for power supply, lighting, fire alarm systems (SAP), and public address and voice alarm systems (DSO).
Supply and installation of suspended parking ceilings.

In the Aleja Bielany Shopping Center, we carried out a modernization project in the “shell & core” standard, preparing the space for new tenants.

Adapting the facility to meet tenant requirements, including construction and installation works.
Electrical, sanitary, and ventilation installations.
Drywall constructions (G-K) and interior finishes.
Work in social and storage areas.

Thanks to our execution, the space was tailored to the investor’s needs and the standards of a modern shopping center.
