Scope of work:
- Built-in veneered furniture.
- Wooden and stone cladding.
- Palace parquet flooring and mosaics.
- Glass enclosures on steel and aluminum frames.
Hotel Rooms:
Completion of 102 apartments, including Presidential and Palace Suites.
Scope of work:
- Veneered wall paneling.
- Premium-class furniture.
- Mirror ceilings, stucco, and gypsum decorative moldings.
- Custom drywall structures.
- Acoustic and fireproof doors with certifications.
Total project area: 8,650 m².
