- Construction of new reinforced concrete ceilings on a steel structure to increase rental space.
- Modernization of the “food court” zone, passages, and entrances.
- Comprehensive sanitary, HVAC, electrical, and teletechnical installations.
- Installation of sawtooth skylights.
- Decorative cladding, replacement of flooring, and ceilings.
