Manufaktura in Łódź is a project of impressive scale and complexity. Executed under the “design and build” system, it covered:

Total project area: 15,000 m².

Scope of work:

  • Construction of new reinforced concrete ceilings on a steel structure to increase rental space.
  • Modernization of the “food court” zone, passages, and entrances.
  • Comprehensive sanitary, HVAC, electrical, and teletechnical installations.
  • Installation of sawtooth skylights.
  • Decorative cladding, replacement of flooring, and ceilings​​.

This project stood out for its advanced coordination of various systems and meticulous attention to architectural details, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of the space.

At the Mikołów Retail Park, we completed the construction of a public utility building with an area of 5,500 m². The project included ground remediation and replacement, foundation works, reinforced concrete and steel structures, installation of “sandwich” façade panels, sanitary, mechanical, electrical, and teletechnical installations, as well as finishing works and site development with a new road layout. The project was executed in line with the highest standards of quality and functionality, meeting the investor’s expectations.

Scope of work:

  • Ground remediation and replacement.
  • Foundation works – piling.
  • Construction of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
  • Installation of “sandwich” façades and roofing.
  • Finishing and installation works (sanitary, mechanical HVAC, electrical, and teletechnical).

At the Plaza shopping centers (Lublin, Poznań), we carried out comprehensive modernizations of the common areas, tailoring the spaces to modern standards and tenant needs.

Scope of work:

  • Drywall constructions (G-K) and interior finishes.
  • Electrical, sanitary, and ventilation installations.
  • Modernization of the food court areas, including the replacement of decorative cladding and flooring.
  • Installation of decorative lighting and furniture delivery.
  • Renovation of restrooms and the installation of small architectural elements.

As a result of our efforts, the shopping centers now feature a modern appearance and enhanced functionality, improving user comfort and increasing their attractiveness to customers​​.


The modernization of Auchan shopping centers (Bydgoszcz, Swadzim, Katowice, Kraków-Bronowice, Wrocław) focused on common areas, food court zones, and technical facilities, adapting the properties to modern standards and customer needs.

  • Drywall constructions (G-K) and decorative finishes.
  • Electrical, sanitary, and ventilation installations.
  • Replacement of flooring, cladding, and modernization of lighting.
  • Reconstruction of food court areas, restroom upgrades, and furniture delivery.

At the Forum Gliwice Shopping Center, we carried out a comprehensive modernization of the common areas, enhancing the facility’s standards and functionality.

  • Reconstruction of reinforced concrete ceilings and the foundation slab.
  • Installation of travelators and escalators.
  • Drywall constructions (G-K) and decorative finishes.
  • Electrical, sanitary, and ventilation installations.
  • Modernization of the food court area and the reconstruction of restrooms.

The result of our work is a modern, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly space that improves visitor comfort and strengthens the shopping center’s appeal​.

  • Drywall constructions (G-K) and interior finishes.
  • Work in social and storage areas.
