• Built-in veneered furniture.
• Wooden and stone cladding.
• Palace parquet flooring and mosaics.
• Glass enclosures on steel and aluminum frames.

Hotel Rooms:
Completion of 102 apartments, including Presidential and Palace Suites.

Scope of work:

• Veneered wall paneling.
• Premium-class furniture.
• Mirror ceilings, stucco, and gypsum decorative moldings.
• Custom drywall structures.
• Acoustic and fireproof doors with certifications​​.

The Hotel Bristol is a prestigious project that involved comprehensive modernization works:

Conference Rooms

• Redevelopment of 8 conference rooms with the installation of AV systems.
• Furnishing with veneered and upholstered wall paneling, premium-class furniture, smoked parquet floors, and gypsum decorative moldings.
• Comprehensive installation of electrical and sanitary systems, as well as media control systems​​.

SPA and Gym

• Modernization of the existing SPA Center and construction of a new gym.
• Works included acoustic insulation, HVAC and electrical installations, as well as mirrored wall cladding​​.

Lane’s Gin Bar

• General fit-out of the restaurant and bar, including finishing works, sanitary, HVAC, and electrical installations, as well as the installation of kitchen and bar technology​​.
